The National Quality Standard - Third edition

Towards continuous improvement

Essential Resources' The National Quality Standard - Third edition is your guide to the NQS. The National Quality Standards (NQS) serve as the benchmark for early childhood education and care in Australia.

Updated to align with the Early Yearly Learning Framework (EYLF V2.0, 2022), the National Quality Standard - Third edition is the essential early childhood educator resource for those working towards quality improvement plans. The resource draws the big picture of the National Quality Framework (NQF), and how the NQS and EYLF are a part of it. Each of the seven NQS Quality Areas is explained along with the individual elements. There are several questions for each element to stimulate reflection - "what" are your strengths and "how" can you plan for improvement?

Early childhood educators, administrators and centres should buy The National Quality Standard book or ebook today!
